What other’s say, share your passion with us!

April 17, 2010

I always enjoy having Nord Fishers  on display, it’s great hear comments, and views from all the different life characters that I usually meet.

Here’s a selection good and not so good  from people who have tried our 170 demonstrator recently…..

Sea trials off Carrickfergus

“Nothing fazes her at all”

“Brilliant boat, really stable, but it would scare me going that fast!

“Amazing finish for a fishing boat..”

“Not enough beer holders!”

“Bit pricey, but what a boat!”

” XXXXing awesome, never ever have I been out in a fishing boat like that”

“I’d like more storage”

All there’s more of course, (take a sea trial with us and we’ll give you a simple feedback form to complete, an ethical bribe perhaps!)

But seriously,

it helps us to build better boats and tailor our designs to suit specific types of users, for example on our new 170 we’ve wrestled  hard with the seating layout, single, twin, bench, quadrant etc. Opinion seems to settle around that dedicated sea anglers want one or two seats with no aft seats, just empty space and the more general leisure user/angler demands a rear bench seat or quadrant seating.

Similar story with engine size, the 150 normally gets packaged with 50hp but some are trying a lot less right down to 35hp  which for solo or twin user boats it still performs well.

So remember,  we take all comments on board, it helps us design and build even better boats…. it’s  never about simply building another range of  ‘me too’ cheap fishing boats, it’s
about ensuring that your Nord Fisher is special,  a worthwhile investment that’ll return you many priceless days at sea!

Philip.

PS, I’ll add more comments as I gather them below, please add your comments, I’d love to hear them
